I am a PhD student in the Translational Vascular Medicine team. I have a bachelor degree in Biomedical Sciences from University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, as well as a master degree in Innovative Medicine from Heidelberg University and Uppsala University. I have gathered experience in the cardiovascular field during my education, and my biggest research interest is how smooth muscle cells and their functions alter the progression of cardiovascular diseases. My hobbies include dancing and spending time with my dog.
